Abstract

Ultra-high-density grazing (UHDG) has emerged as an innovative livestock strategy that promotes environmental sustainability and productivity. This review article examines the existing literature on UHDG, evaluating its principles, ecological and economic benefits, and the challenges associated with its implementation. Through a synthesis of case studies and an analysis of practical experiences, the potential and limitations of this practice in diverse geographic and environmental contexts are highlighted.
