STUDY HABITS
Abstract
Many of the problems related to academic success at university revolve around good study habits and expectations regarding homework. This means approaching the material effectively, interpreting, assimilating, and retaining it, so that one can later express it in an exam or apply it in practical life. This leads to the conclusion that studying is an important factor for academic success, not only the act of studying itself, but also how it is done, since it involves employing a series of skills, abilities, and techniques acquired through practice that allow one to achieve the proposed objective. In other words, "effective studying" depends on the academic success achieved in acquiring knowledge (learning) and, of course, on putting these actions into practice.
