Learning assessment activities used in blended learning undergraduate programs at the Multidisciplinary Faculty of Ilobasco, during the second semester of 2014, Catholic University of El Salvador

Abstract

The learning assesment is an inherent process in edu cation. Because of this, the research has the purpose to determine which are the assessment activities used by the teachers of Universidad Católica de El Salvador at the regional center of Ilobasco that taught subjects in the Major of Education with specialty in Math and Major in Education with specialty in School Adminis tration that were developed in the Blended learning model during the second semester 2014. For the re search development, it was used the interview techni que that allowed to gather information from the tea chers’ and students’ perspective, that was contrasted with the observation carried out in the virtual clas srooms. It was found that in the assessment activities that the teachers conducted more frequent are the face to face evaluations, online exams forums, essays and presentations.
