Entrepreneurism is a dynamic that strengthens the economy in any country. Through the increase of the unemployment rate in the year 2008, in comparison to the previous years to this crisis, the unemployment was really sensible, the governments and international institutions carried out their corresponding effort so the persons would run their companies and with this reduce the number of worldwide unemployed persons
Some organizations that tried once to bring out a contribution, fostering entrepreneurism, were the High Education Institutions (IES) because of two main reasons: first, because they may face the problem that their students, when they finish their majors, will not get a job that meets their needs and demands in terms of professional development, generating demotivation; and the second because the support of the creation of new companies would contribute to generate wealth for the economy of the country.
The efforts or activities from the high education institutions to generate entrepreneurism could have been different in their implementation methodologies and above all in the results because it is possible that some of them might be more efficient than others. However, a little or nothing is known about those institutional efforts and it is necessary to collect and analyze these projects to be focused on the ones that are more successful. Also, it studies the negative culture that hinders having success fostering entrepreneurism.
