Abstract

This article presents significant results regarding the use of learning techniques supported by Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), which influence the acquisition of knowledge and the achievement of competencies among university students enrolled in the Tourist Management and Development Technician program.

The main benefit of the research was focused on obtaining relevant data about the use of technological and communication resources in teaching-learning processes, identifying obstacles and limitations, as well as determining the teaching and learning techniques most frequently used in the modules by teachers and students through the use of ICT to achieve competencies.
