Labor Market Insertion in Companies in the Western Zone of El Salvador

The study investigated how employers carry out the task of integrating human talent into companies in order to fill positions with suitable personnel, placing them in production, marketing, financial, computing, or any other required area, thus keeping those positions occupied.
The study describes the recruitment methods currently used in institutions, as well as the essential elements applied in selection processes, including curriculum vitae analysis, interviews, tests, and assessments of professionals entering the labor market, where they apply the knowledge and skills acquired throughout their university studies and generate economic income. It also presents the acceptance of interns within companies, university majors, and the access routes used by those responsible for personnel selection.
