Corporate Family Responsibility: Its impact on society, flexible leadership to succeed in the 4.0 Revolution

The article analyzes the importance of Corporate Family Responsibility (CFR) as a key strategy for companies to face the challenges of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (Industry 4.0). It is proposed that the new work environment requires not only technical knowledge, but also soft skills and flexible leadership that promotes inclusion, diversity and balance between work, personal and family life.
The RFC is presented as a model that promotes policies, organizational culture and leadership styles aimed at facilitating this balance, generating benefits for both employees, companies and society. Through a pilot study carried out in ten companies in El Salvador, using the IFREI 2.0 methodology, it is evident that the implementation of these practices improves productivity, reduces labor rotation, increases motivation and strengthens the well-being of employees.
Likewise, it is highlighted that the adoption of the RFC contributes to sustainable development, aligning with the Sustainable Development Goals, and favors the construction of human and social capital. In conclusion, the article maintains that companies that integrate family responsibility in their management achieve greater competitiveness and sustainability in the current context.
