Defining the skills for teleworking from an international competitiveness perspective for the year 2021

Abstract

The research encompasses a review and study of the indicators provided in the report by the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC) and the World Economic Forum (WEF), offering a perspective on the role of new technologies in societal development. The research methodology focused on reviewing competitiveness indicators in the field of innovation, which positively contribute to the performance of teleworking skills at the professional level in Latin America. This allowed for the creation of matrices outlining proposed profiles for ideal professional teleworking positions, contributing to the digital transformation of companies through innovation.
