The current and future need for materials, in this case steel, that are resistant to damage from time, natural phenomena, or human activity is increasing. While the number of processes for manufacturing steel is not exactly vast, it is through changes in its chemical composition and experimental temperature variations that more resistant alloys are created.
The manufacture of high-strength steels is not limited to a single area; it extends to the automotive, medical, and even structural sectors. Given the diverse applications of steel, it is important to consider the different processes used to manipulate the three elements (bainitic, ferrite, and pearlite) in order to give the steel its various properties.
