FAMILY BUSINESSES IN THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, EL SALVADOR

Abstract

In the research, there were studied the weaknesses and strengths, trough an estimation of business management, familiar and property’s succession in the family business in the city of Santa Ana. They are estimated aspects about management dynamics, coming from different author, to promote success and continuation of the business time after times. This descriptive-type research 
included 57 establishments of the city. Data was collected through the application of questionnaires. The business management was assessed, with a familiar and property´s succession grade, to    be    then    classified    as    weaknesses    and    strengths that clearly identify the aspects to be taken into consideration by these entities for a good management.
